I have been through the best part of real estate as well as lived through real estate when it was at its lowest point. Because I have been involved in so many transactions during both of these times, I have the knowledge and experience to work through issues that may arise and help everyone in the transaction get to the closing table.

How do you determine the value of my home?

What type of inspections will buyers do on my home?

Buyers usually will have a general home inspection and in most cases a radon inspection. If you have a septic tank, they may also ask for that to be inspected as well.
